One of Florida's Harpies has decided to worry about rules. During the last two years of the Pelosi ran House having never even bothered themselves with rules. In my opinion Florida's 20th district is as stupid as Florida's 3rd district (Corrine Brown"s District).

On to the Harpy story,

During the House debates to defund 0bamaKare, Florida's own harpy from the 20th Congressional District Debbie Wasserman Schultz was carping about a rule infraction.

If it's adopted, Graves said, "government bureaucrats cannot lift so much as a finger, move a paper clip, send an email, if it has anything to do with ObamaCare."

At that point, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz interjected with a parliamentary inquiry, and was eventually recognized once Graves was finished speaking.

"In two previous gentlemen’s statements on the amendment, both of them referred to the Affordable Care Act, which is the accurate title of the health care reform law, as ‘ObamaCare,’" Wasserman Schultz said. Her argument did not go anywhere, and Republicans continued their references to ObamaCare.  Source

Frank Spisak Executed

Ohio serves justice with the execution of an neo-nazi named Frank Spisak about 30 years too late.

LUCASVILLE, Ohio —
Frank Spisak, a self-proclaimed neo-Nazi who killed three people around the Cleveland State University campus back in 1982, has been executed.

The official time of death was 10:34 a.m. Thursday. The execution was carried out at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville.

Spisak spent his final hours listening to music on headphones and planning his final statement, which he intended to recite in German.

Spisak killed three people -- the Rev. Horace Rickerson, Timothy Sheehan and Brian Warford. His final appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court was rejected late Wednesday afternoon.  Source

Michael Wayne Hall Executed

Texas serves justice with the execution of Michael Wayne Hall.
 

HUNTSVILLE — A man convicted in the 1998 torture-slaying of a 19-year-old mentally challenged woman apologized profusely Tuesday just minutes before he was executed, exactly 13 years after the murder.

Michael Wayne Hall, 31, received a lethal injection less than an hour after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to halt his death for the abduction and murder of Amy Robinson. He was pronounced dead at 6:23 p.m.

Robert Neville, the other man convicted in the murder, was executed five years ago.

“I would like to give my sincere apology to Amy’s family,” Hall said as he was strapped to the gurney. “We caused a lot of heartache, grief, pain and suffering, and I am sorry. I know it won’t bring her back.”

Speaking just above a whisper, his voice shaking and eyes watery, Hall said he wasn’t the same person and repeatedly asked for forgiveness. Relatives of his victim stood nearby, looking through a window.

“I am not crying for myself, I am crying for the lost and those that are dying for their sins,” he said. “I’ve been locked up 13 years. I am not locked up inside. All these years, I have been free. Christ has changed me. Here I am, a big strong youngster, crying like a baby. I am man enough to show my emotions, and I am sorry.

“I am sorry for everything. I wish I could take it back, but I can’t.”

Nine minutes later, he was pronounced dead.  Source

It sounds like he really did not want to die much like his victim.

Since when is a budget plan a whole series of tax increases? When it is an 0bama budget.

The plan unveiled Monday includes tax increases  for oil, gas and coal producers, investment managers and U.S.-based multinational corporations. The plan would allow Bush-era tax cuts to expire at the end of 2012 for individuals making more than $200,000 and married couples making more than $250,000. Wealthy taxpayers would have their itemized deductions limited, including deductions for mortgage interest, charitable contributions and state and local taxes.

"These policies were unfair and unaffordable when enacted and remain so today," Obama said in his budget message.  Source

The last sentence is interesting because 0bama's policies are also unfair and unaffordable when enacted.

I guess the Taxman in chief has the worthless media carrying his water. They are culpable in the crime of 0bama running the country into the ground.

Martin Link Executed

Missouri serves justice with the execution of Martin Link.

(CBS/AP) Martin Link has been put to death for kidnapping, raping and killing an 11-year-old St. Louis girl in 1991.

Missouri Department of Corrections spokesman Chris Cline says the 47-year-old Missouri man died by injection after midnight Wednesday at the state prison in Bonne Terre. It was the first execution in Missouri since May 2009 and just the second since 2006.

Link was convicted of kidnapping, raping and killing 11-year-old Elissa Self-Braun. Source
