When a Blue Star Turns to a Gold Star

It is a terrible day when this happens. I read this story over at Airman Mom

"There is no greater love than the one
who lays down his life for another."
as spoken by Jesus.

If you have some time go over and read it.

  1. It is indeed a terrible day. Sad beyond words- the nation should be grateful for the service of all those who have fallen trying to liberate that part of the world of Islamic fascism.

  2. God bless all our troops and their families. Remember their sacrifice.

  3. It is sad to lose those most honorable Americans of all. It's a sad irony that those who best understand our freedom and are most deserving of it are often taken away before they can enjoy it.

  4. I wish there was a way to bring comfort to that family.

All we can do is feel pride that someone cared to serve.

  5. Airman Mom does the armed forces proud.

  6. May God comfort the family. A tragic loss
